This versatile, multi-brand service center, staffed by watchmakers authorized by leading brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Panerai, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Baume & Mercier, and Chopard, takes pleasure in restoring your timepiece.
Regardless of the brand, the team at Bollwerk Jewelry strives to guarantee the beauty of its mechanism by performing complete overhauls. The goal? To ensure that every watch leaving the Bollwerk workshops conforms to the technical and aesthetic specifications of each brand. A thorough technical analysis is performed to establish a precise diagnosis: dismantling and cleaning the movement, adjusting the balance wheel, checking the power reserve, as well as various tests for water resistance, quality, and reliability, polishing key components, or, more traditionally, replacing the battery or adjusting the bracelet length

Since its creation, Bollwerk has invested in the most efficient equipment to meet the requirements of manufacturers and ensure the best quality of service to its customers.
The Bollwerk team welcomes you to its boutiques in Mulhouse, Belfort, and Basel to advise you on your choices of mechanical, automatic, or quartz watches. In addition, we also create unique, bespoke pieces in our jewelry workshop.
But today, the maintenance and repair of watches in our watchmaking workshop for individual customers, manufacturers and their distribution networks has also become one of the main activities of our company.
REPAIRS WITHIN THE WATCHMAKING WORKSHOP:
Bollwerk has two watchmaking workshops specializing in the repair of wristwatches.
Bollwerk researches and invests annually in the latest technologies to have the most advanced machines and tools for servicing and repairing watches with Swiss, French, or German movements.
The Bollwerk team carries out all watchmaking after-sales service within its independent workshops.
After preparing a quote, we only use guaranteed original parts if a replacement becomes necessary.
If our teams cannot carry out the work due to a lack of available parts or a possible repair, we guide customers to the after-sales service of the appropriate brand.
The watch repair service is guaranteed for a certain number of years, depending on the brand:
– Rolex: the repair service is guaranteed for 2 years
– Tudor: the repair service is guaranteed for 2 years
– Panerai: the repair service is guaranteed for 2 years
– Chopard: repair service Chopard is guaranteed for 1 year
– Chanel: the repair service is guaranteed for 2 years
– Frédérique Constant: the repair service is guaranteed for 1 year and only covers the replaced components
– Baume et Mercier: the repair service is guaranteed for 1 year
– Hamilton: the repair service is guaranteed for 2 years, and this guarantee applies only to the work performed
– Montblanc: the repair service is guaranteed for 1 year
Appointments are not required for individual customers wishing to visit the workshop.
Our watchmakers repair all brands of Swiss mechanical watches with or without complications, with ETA, Sellita or in-house movements.
THE MACHINES
The workshop is equipped exclusively with high-quality equipment. All machines, tools, and workbenches come from Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France).
LEAK AND SEAL TESTING
Leak tests are carried out in our watchmaking workshops. We have various machines to perform leak and air tightness tests, as well as tests at depth.
OUR WATCHMAKING APPROVALS
Bollwerk has a watchmaking workshop that serves the stores in Mulhouse, Belfort, and Basel. These workshops have been established for several decades and bring together watchmakers specializing in the repair of Swiss watches of all brands, and are accredited by the leading Swiss watchmaking brands.
Our watchmakers, authorized by leading brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Panerai, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Baume & Mercier, Chopard, Alpina, and others, will take excellent care of your watch, regardless of its brand. Furthermore, they will be delighted to explain the intricacies of its mechanism.
The Bollwerk jewelry stores in Mulhouse, Belfort and Basel collaborate with the biggest Swiss watch brands for after-sales service management.
The agility of its structure, internal organization and technical skills in watchmaking, as well as the efficient management of its secure information system, allow for a responsive and personalized after-sales service.
