Order registration / availability

Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, subject to availability and excluding promotional offers specifically marked as such on the site. In the event a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you by email or telephone. Your order will be automatically canceled and no payment will be taken.

CMMJ SAS reserves the right to refuse to deliver or fulfill an order from a customer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing. The company also reserves the right to refuse any order originating from a dubious or unidentifiable source.

Product availability

The products offered on luxe-cadeau.fr are, for the most part, available in our warehouses. We have selected for you, from leading manufacturers, the models that offer the best value for money; some products are limited editions. If the product offered on the website is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you, offer a new delivery date or an equivalent replacement product. You will also have the option to cancel and refund your order at any time.

Delivery options – Metropolitan France

Orders received before 1 p.m. are processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours after verification by the Fia-net inspection body. As with other deliveries, Chronopost shipments will only be sent after verification and may be delayed if the customer fails to provide the necessary documentation. The stated delivery time is based on the date the goods are shipped. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays must be added to the initial delivery time. (Local public holidays in Alsace include Good Friday and December 26th). Order and delivery tracking is available on the website.

In the event of a shipping delay, you will receive an email informing you of any potential impact on the delivery deadline initially provided. In any case, in accordance with legal provisions, if your delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, you have the option to cancel your order and will be refunded immediately within 14 days. If you have already received the product after your cancellation, we will process the refund for the product and the initial shipping costs upon receipt of the product, complete and in its original condition.

Package inspection upon receipt

Upon receiving your package, it is imperative to check the overall condition of the package.

Important: When you receive your package at home, you must open it to check the condition of your order and its contents in the presence of the delivery person. If there is a problem, you must refuse the package, noting your remarks on the delivery slip. Verification of the condition of your product is considered complete upon acceptance of the package. Therefore, IF THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED, NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. (Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code). Consequently, we will not accept any returns of broken or damaged products.

Warranty and After-Sales Service

The products we sell are manufactured by major brands renowned for their reliability. As such, they benefit from a manufacturer's warranty in addition to the legal warranty against hidden defects.

MONTBLANC and other distributed brands have international warranties of 2 years, which are included with all shipments.

This guarantee is subject to normal use of the product; we will intervene with the manufacturer to ensure your problem is dealt with as quickly and carefully as possible.

To benefit from the product warranty, you must keep your proof of purchase. You can find a copy in “My Account”, “My Orders”.

Returns of defective goods are at the customer's expense, risk, and peril. CMMJ SAS cannot be held liable for any damage to the goods resulting from insufficient packaging. It is strongly recommended to over-wrap returned products with bubble wrap and include a copy of the purchase invoice. Incomplete, damaged, or soiled goods returned by the customer will not be accepted and will be reshipped at the customer's expense. Products returned with postage due will be systematically refused.

After intervention by our after-sales service, the return of merchandise to the customer is at our expense. If it turns out that the returned equipment was not authorized for return and/or that no defect covered by the warranty is found, it will be returned to the customer freight collect.

Damage due to impacts is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Cancellation / Return Policy

In accordance with current legislation on distance selling, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the package. In this case, you will be refunded (excluding shipping costs) or the product will be exchanged. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, without scratches or signs of wear. Contact us to obtain a return number, but please note that return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

Consumables ., cartridges, inks, various refills are neither exchangeable nor refundable

When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Articles 121-20-2). This article applies to products personalized at the customer's request. For example, engraving on a pen or embossing on a leather item.
