The TUDOR Black Bay GMT has it all. First, it features an incredibly useful multi-time zone complication – called the GMT function – which allows you to keep track of local time without losing sight of the time in two other time zones . Recognizable by its rotating bezel , which borrows its deep blue and burgundy colors from other models in the Black Bay collection , but in a matte finish, the Black Bay GMT is also a nod to the origins of this aesthetic.

TUDOR now offers an opaline dial that perfectly complements the iconic colors of the Black Bay GMT . The opaline hue isn't pure white; it lends a subtle silvery sheen to the dial. A matte white-grey finish is applied to the dial using electroplating , and the hour markers are darker to create a striking contrast . This charming opaline dial not only evokes the boom in commercial aviation in the 1950s but is also perfectly legible .

HIGH-FLYING FUNCTIONALITY

The additional time zones are indicated by a red GMT hand known as the " Snowflake " hand, a signature TUDOR, which completes a full rotation of the dial in 24 hours , and by a bidirectional rotating bezelalso graduated in 24 hours. The twelve daytime hours are indicated on the burgundy, and the nighttime hourson the blue.

With its 41mm steel case , the Black Bay GMT is water-resistant to 200 meters and designed to withstand the elements. Its crown tube is made of satin-finished steel , a new feature in the Black Bay line that complements the aesthetics of the case and winding crown. Its high- contrast opaline dial ensures legibility in all conditions, including at night, thanks to its luminescent hour markers .
